Electroplated diamond grinding wheel


Electroplated silicon carbide grinding wheels feature an aluminum alloy substrate coated with high-hardness silicon carbide abrasive particles. They are suitable for shaping, grinding, trimming, and precision machining of hard and brittle materials such as cemented carbide, ceramics, and stone.

Feature:

1. The electroplated coating on the emery abrasive grains is firmly bonded, offering high hardness and excellent wear resistance. The grains are unlikely to fall off even after prolonged use, resulting in a service life far exceeding that of ordinary grinding wheels.

2. The wheel features a precise contour, making it suitable for form grinding of internal bores, external circles, and arcs, and capable of meeting the dressing requirements for a wide range of complex workpieces.

3. The substrate has excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring efficient heat dissipation during the grinding process and reducing workpiece deformation and chipping caused by high temperatures.
