Safe operation and use guidelines

1. Inspection before use:
·Inspect the tool for visible damage such as cracks and deformation.
·Make sure that the machine tool spindle has no jitter and the fixture is clean and in good condition.
·Strictly abide by the maximum working line speed and never use it over the speed.
2. Correct installation:
·Use a suitable flange and ensure that its diameter is not less than 1/3 of the tool diameter.
·Tighten the nuts evenly and tighten them in diagonal order to ensure even distribution of clamping force.
3. Standardized operation:
·Cutting edge of new tools: For new tools or polished tools, mild parameters should be used for "cutting edge" in the early stage of use to expose new diamond abrasive grains and obtain the best cutting state.
·Adequate cooling: The use of coolant is highly recommended. This not only cools down, but also rinses chips and prevents tool "paste"(chips clogging tool pores), which is the key to ensuring tool life.
·Adopt reasonable processing parameters: Avoid too fast feed speed and too large cutting depth, which may lead to abnormal wear and even damage to the tool. Let the tool work under an "overpowering" load.
·Avoid lateral forces and collisions: For most diamond tools, side grinding is prohibited.
4. Storage and maintenance:
·Place it flat or hang on a dry, chemically-free shelf.
·Handle with care during handling to prevent the diamond layer from breaking due to impact.
